In Conclusion

How is your 2023 going for you? Are you ready for it to draw to a conclusion? I believe I am. So many major life events transpired for our family in 2023, none of which were anticipated this time last year. If I were a betting gal, I bet the same goes for you.
Perhaps my biggest take away is for me to keep moving forward and to hold on loosely to the present. Change is constant, necessary, and all part of the growth process.
I have been writing short weekly devotionals for the past three years. That’s a long time in “blog” years. I didn’t have any expectations or new the outcome going in but felt the Lord leading me, so I did it.
Through my "yes", I feel like the whole process has been an important catalyst in my spiritual journey.
It hasn't been the number of “likes” but the individual connections made through the process that brings the most joy and fulfillment. When people have resonated with something I have written, it has been a precious gift. Thank you for that.
Looking forward, it appears the Lord is bringing these weekly postings to a close for me. This will be the last post for this stage of my blog.
I have some project ideas up my sleeve up and I am excited to see how the Lord directs me next. It is all part of the journey.
In the meantime, I would love to come alongside you to cheer you on in YOUR spiritual journey. Shoot me a text or email.
Thank you for reading some of my stories. I hope to have more projects coming in the future.

Thank you, Kristi, for your insightful words when I needed them most this past year. Once again, Jesus is using the Dawson family to feed my soul at a critical juncture in my faith journey and to provide strength to several in my family as we face new challenges in 2024. I will be praying for each one in your family, too, as you follow God's lead on your new path.

Kristi, I have enjoyed each of these. If God has put it on your heart to move on, I can’t wait to see what He has in store for you. Christ made us friends so very long ago and now we are sisters in Christ. Blessings to you for the next chapter. May this new year bring you closer to Him. In Christ,
Marlo
